Whether we are practicing Restorative Yoga, Yin, Prenatal or Vinyasa, experience the transformational aspects of yoga through deep breath and pranayama!
Please work at your own level. Tasty, fun and playful advanced poses are offered as you are ready to try. Injuries are welcome! Learn to breathe and move in ways that bring space and feeling into injured areas so they begin to heal. Pregnant? No worries. I’ll see you safely through your term and help you return to feelings of health and well-being after baby is born.
I began my yoga practice in 1975 and have studied Sivananda, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara and Vinyasa, all of which led me to the work of Ana Forrest. My Certifications are: Level 2 Forrest Yoga (2007), Pre/Post-natal Yoga (2017), Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200), Art of Yoga (for traumatized teens) and Connected Warriors (for Veterans)
