Level 2 Vinyasa

12:15-1:15pm, Yoga Works Palo Alto, join me for an opportunity to take a break in the middle of the day, to reconnect with breath, mind and body.  Stretch, tone, and return to your day feeling calm, centered and focused.  This is a shared class with Christine Chen, so I will be teaching about every other Monday.  Class is ongoing, just different teachers.
